TERMS OF SALES

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the conditions of sale set out below and declares to accept them.

ARTICLE 1: MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

We may modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time subject to showing these changes on our site. You are therefore advised to regularly refer to the latest version of our Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 2: THE ORDER

To place an order, the user will have to follow the procedure indicated on the screen or by calling us directly.

Once the order has been validated, the buyer must accept the Terms and Conditions, choose the address and delivery method, and finally validate the payment method, this last step formalizing the sales contract between TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM and the Buyer.

ARTICLE 3: EXCHANGE, REFUND OR HAVE PRODUCTS NOT COMPLYING WITH THE ORDER

For the exchange, refund or credit, you must return your items by the local Post Office or other transport providers by indicating your contact information and your desire to exchange, refund or have your items. (In case of exchange, the costs of return of the products are at our expense)

In accordance with the decree n ° 78-464 of March 24, 1978, the provisions of the present can not deprive the consumer of the legal guarantee which obliges the professional salesman to guarantee it against all the consequences of the latent defects of the thing sold. We will respond to your order within the limits of our available stocks or subject to available stocks. When you order, we inform you of the availability of the products you want to buy. Nevertheless, if despite our vigilance the products were unavailable after your order, we will inform you and invite you to cancel or modify your order.

In case of error in the address of the recipient, the seller can not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.

ARTICLE 4: THE PRICE

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros all taxes included and excluding shipping costs, knowing that the shipping costs are added to the amount of the order.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time but we are committed to applying the rates in effect that you have been given at the time of your order.

In case of order to a country other than Morocco you are the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not our responsibility. NEW EUROPEAN UNION TAX VAT E-COMMERCE LAW

We inform our kind customers that following the new European law in force since July 01, 2021 concerning the payment of VAT (e-commerce), that you will now be liable for the tax after your online purchase at the time of the importation of your package in your country of reception in order to clear customs and receive your package. We remind you that our company (TIJARA-DISCOUNT COMPANY) cannot go against the authorities and is not responsible in case of refusal to pay customs clearance taxes by the buyer / importer, so any refusal will automatically lead to the loss of your package and no refunds in this case. However, given the close relations between Morocco and the European Union, this directive will not apply to all our transport partners (*below the list).

*Packages shipped with LA POSTE / POST OFFICE and MONDIAL RELAY are grouped together and taken care of by our carriers in Morocco approximately once a week and then once our carriers arrive in France, packages are deposited in postal offices for LA POSTE / POST OFFICE and Relay points for MONDIAL RELAY (For more details, you can consult our conditions of deliveries by clicking on Deliveries at the bottom of the site ...)

*Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping time estimates !

It is possible that for some unintentional reasons of our pare this delay is exceeded (bad weather, delay carriers, control customs, replenishment of the stock, distant or isolated destinations etc ...)

WARNING ! IF IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE (S), THERE ARE CUSTOM CLEARANCE FEES, VAT OR ALL OTHER MISCELLANEOUS TAXES THEN PAYS THEREFORE THEY MUST BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER AND IN NO CASE TO THOSE OF TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM, HOWEVER IT IS VERY RARE THAT SUCH CHARGES ARE PAYABLE.

All events, of any nature whatsoever, beyond the control of TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM such as force majeure, disaster, strike, administrative decision or transportation stoppage, which would tend to delay, prevent and make exorbitant the execution of the supply, can not hold responsible TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM.

In any case, any delay in delivery can not give rise to damages, withholding or cancellation of orders in progress.

Customers are invited to clearly fill in their contact details with all the necessary information and therefore required for the proper functioning of the shipment (NAME / FIRST NAME / COMPANY NAME (* if professional) / FULL ADDRESS / POSTAL CODE / CITY / COUNTRY / TELEPHONE / E-MAIL). In the event that any of this information is missing then the shipment will be delayed until the information is provided by the customer.

All the packages not withdraw in POINT RELAIS, the POST as well as all the other carriers and whose legal period will have been exceeded, these will be automatically redirected in our deposit for some carriers and others destroyed, TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM can not be held responsible in this case. In addition if no complaint (by e-mail or phone) will be made within 14 days, these will be permanently unavailable. However you will always have the opportunity to recommend in our e-shop by making a new purchase.

TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM does not accept returns without valid reason.

GUARANTEE :

No exchange will be made without valid reason except for nonconformity or defect of the product. Complaints must be submitted by email, WhatsApp or phone within 72 hours after receiving the order. To benefit from this guarantee, the customer will have to address to the expenses of TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM the products concerned. TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM is therefore committed to returning the right product to the customer.

Upon receipt, the defective items will be exchanged to the extent of available stocks. If the same items are no longer in stock, a credit or a refund (* depending on the customer's choice) will be shipped. For any return of goods not subject to a return authorization, no exchange will be made and no credit or refund will be issued. You must contact us beforehand by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail before any return of goods.

PERIOD OF SALES :
