Form and well-being are inseparable, they are defined as “a state of complete physical and mental well-being”. Well-being is a state linked to different factors considered separately or together with physical and mental fitness, harmony with oneself and with others. The term well-being refers to two main designations:
A first is physical: Physical well-being is defined by the feeling of general good physiological shape, satisfaction of the basic needs of the body.
A second refers to the psychological well-being that comes from a personal and subjective assessment. Which can come from various perceptions or satisfactions
