Packages are shipped from Morocco.

The amount of deliveries depends on the destination and the weight and volume for packages exceeding standard sizes.

NEW EUROPEAN UNION TAX VAT E-COMMERCE LAW

We inform our kind customers that following the new European law in force since July 01, 2021 concerning the payment of VAT (e-commerce), that you will now be liable for the tax after your online purchase at the time of the importation of your package in your country of reception in order to clear customs and receive your package. We remind you that our company (TIJARA-DISCOUNT COMPANY) cannot go against the authorities and is not responsible in case of refusal to pay customs clearance taxes by the buyer / importer, so any refusal will automatically lead to the loss of your package and no refunds in this case. However, given the close relations between Morocco and the European Union, this directive will not apply to all our transport partners (*below the list). However, this only concerns DHL and Aramex carriers for Europe.

Please take into account our conditions mentioned above and thank you for your understanding !

*Parcels are shipped by TIJARA MULTI SHIPPING (HOME, RELAY and AGENCY) being grouped and taken care of by our logistics partners in Morocco with departures by truck approximately once or twice a week. Then once the truckers arrive in France, the packages are dispatched throughout the world by our dispatch partner based in France. Except for packages shipped by carriers DHL and Aramex, these are shipped directly from Morocco by air.

*Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping time estimates !

It may be that for certain unintentional reasons on our part, deadlines are exceeded (bad weather, carrier delays, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, customs controls, stock replenishment, distant or isolated destinations, etc.)

IMPORTANT: AS A BUYER / IMPORTER, THE CUSTOMER IS HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS IMPORT TOWARDS THE AUTHORITIES OF HIS COUNTRY WITH REGARD TO THE REGULATIONS IN FORCE !

ATTENTION ! IF IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE(S) THERE ARE CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES, VAT OR ANY OTHER MISCELLANEOUS TAXES TO PAY, THEN THESE MUST REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES THAT OF TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM. HOWEVER IF YOU CHOOSE THE DELIVERY PROVIDER > TIJARA MULTI SHIPPING THEN THE VAT FEES AND ANY OTHER CUSTOMS CLEARANCE CHARGES OR OTHER VARIOUS TAXES WILL BE FREE TO YOU BECAUSE THE TRUCKERS THEMSELVES WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM, WHICH REPRESENTS A GREAT ADVANTAGE FOR THE BUYER (*ONLY FOR EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES).

All events, of whatever nature, beyond the control of TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM such as force majeure, disaster, strikes, administrative decision or stoppage of transport, which would tend to delay, prevent and make exorbitant the execution of the supply, cannot hold TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM responsible.

In any case, any delay in delivery can not give rise to damages, withholding or cancellation of orders in progress.

Customers are invited to clearly fill in their contact details with all the necessary information and therefore required for the proper functioning of the shipment (NAME / FIRST NAME / COMPANY NAME (* if professional) / FULL ADDRESS / POSTAL CODE / CITY / COUNTRY / TELEPHONE / E-MAIL). In the event that any of this information is missing then the shipment will be delayed until the information is provided by the customer.

All the packages not withdraw in POINT RELAIS, the POST as well as all the other carriers and whose legal period will have been exceeded, these will be automatically redirected in our deposit for some carriers and others destroyed, TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM can not be held responsible in this case. In addition if no complaint (by e-mail or phone) will be made within 14 days, these will be permanently unavailable. However you will always have the opportunity to recommend in our e-shop by making a new purchase.

TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM does not accept returns without valid reason.

GUARANTEE :

No exchange will be made without valid reason except for nonconformity or defect of the product. Complaints must be submitted by email, WhatsApp or phone within 72 hours after receiving the order. To benefit from this guarantee, the customer will have to address to the expenses of TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM the products concerned. TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM is therefore committed to returning the right product to the customer.

Upon receipt, defective items will be exchanged while stocks last. If the same items are no longer in stock, a credit note, a replacement with another product or a refund (*depending on the customer's choice) will be made to you. For any return of goods that have not been subject to a return authorization, no exchange will be made and no credit or refund will be issued.

PERIOD OF SALES :

In sales period, the sale items are neither returned nor exchanged except non-compliant items or damaged.
